Apartment for rent for Maiden!

We have TWO TYPES OF APARTMENTS, we rent them on:

1. ACCOMMODATION and REST after the attractions in the city (without the possibility of a party – there are other residents, quiet at night from 22:00). Indicative price per night: 40 EUR /person.
2. IMPROVEMENTS in the apartment without worrying about neighbors, loud music, dancing, etc. (no nuisance neighbors). Guide price per night: PLN 80 EUR /person.

IMPORTANT: We need some information to properly select an apartment. When contacting us by phone/email, please specify:

• Option “1” (Apartment for NIGHT) or option “2” (Apartment for EVENT)?
• The exact date of the Maiden
• Confirmed number of female participants
• How many female participants need a place to stay?
• Are you interested in renting for 2 nights? We have introduced in some apartments a discount of up to 50% on the second night for weekend rentals.

A great idea for a Ladies ‘ Night out in Warsaw – a private suite for 24 hours exclusively at your disposal for the duration of the evening. You will do a before, after or the party itself (depends on whether you choose a party suite). The atmosphere of this apartment will spice up your mood to go wild that night. We are the only ones in the market that do not prohibit the reception of groups of ladies in their apartments, they are equipped for this. Often we have calls at night from a witness who has chosen the accommodation on her own that the owner found out about the organization of such a meeting without permission (concealing the theme) and during the course of the evening were the participants asked out of the apartment – with us there is no such problem! Check-in begins From 15/16, ends the next day at 10/11 (depends which apartment). If you need to REGISTER/REPLACE EARLY/ LATER then let us know, no problem! Only we ask NOT to use CONFETTI and throw chairs from the terrace :) Are you in?

Most maiden apartments are located 5 minutes from the center of Warsaw near Foksal street, Daszyński Roundabout (new Metro line), Powiśle, etc. WE HAVE 20 APARTMENTS (from 30m2 to 120m2) suitable for different sizes of groups. We accommodate groups of several people in our two-level apartments. All of them have a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooktop), single beds and double beds adapted in quantity to the size of the group, so that each of you can rest after a night of partying. Also equipped with fresh linens, tableware, TV, toiletries, iron, ironing board, etc. On the balcony/terrace pull in the fresh air. All rooms finished to a high standard.

Smoking is prohibited in the maiden suites, glo and iqos allowed (depends which suite). When renting a maiden suite, we charge a deposit of 70-115 EUR (depending on which suite), against possible damages – this is the standard procedure of any accommodation facility. The funds are returned immediately after the apartment is handed over and we check that nothing has been devastated/destroyed on the day of check-out (when collected in front of the coordinator), or we send the deposit back to the account on the first business day after the rental, from which the Witness made us a transfer confirming the reservation.

VERY IMPORTANT! Please do not use any tape to hang any writing on the walls. In 90% of cases, this damages the wall which involves a much higher value of repairing the damage than the deposit collected, so please do not do it!

For quieter groups we recommend DINNER ON THE BEACH by the Vistula River at sunset with snacks, atmospheric music, sparkling wine and the care of a handsome coordinator.
