What personal data do we process from our website?

All data that a user on our website leaves or shares. Submission of personal data is necessary for the purpose of contacting us, which can be done through:

• Filling out forms, inquiries, telephone contact – the user submits data such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and possibly the user decides what additional data he/she will leave.

In addition, in the case of issuing an invoice, the user provides the necessary data required for issuing an invoice: first and last name/name, full address (i.e. street name, house/apartment number, postal code, city), VAT/Pesel number.

What are the purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data?

The purposes of processing users’ personal data are as follows:

• The fulfillment of submitted requests/provision of ordered services – Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) RODO – “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.”
• Provide users with answers to inquiries sent in forms – Art. 6 paragraph. 1 (a) RODO – “the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specified purposes.”
• Consideration of complaints or withdrawal from the contract – Art. 6 paragraph. 1 (c) RODO – “processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller.”
• To pursue claims that are justified by the administrator’s interest – Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) – “the processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.”

What is the retention period for personal data?

Users’ personal data will be retained for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of the service or from the date of processing a complaint/cancellation.

What are the users’ rights regarding personal data?

• Access to your personal data, i.e., the right to obtain information on whether the Administrator processes your personal data and has the right to information regarding such processing (the ability to obtain a copy of your data),
